Welcome to Meat Flavored Plastic: an anti-corporate creative project where I hope to help artists of many backgrounds and abilities reclaim the power that comes with art. For far too long vulnerable minds have been exploited for their talents, becoming cash cows before their works are grinded up and sold to a mass market with no real gain for the artist themselves. Even when financial gain is possible, the wellbeing of the artist is too often ignored by studios, development companies, and labels. These artists are bled of everything they have in an attempt to express themselves, sometimes having their identities completely stripped from their works. With the beauty (and horror) of the internet, artists who would never have a chance at an exhibition or show can now let their pieces be seen by wide audiences. I have created Meat Flavored Plastic to highlight other ways that artist can be seen while not selling their souls to companies who intend to exploit them. Be Free, creator.
Many of my pieces and some of the ones that I will be sharing may contain graphics or imagery that many people may not like. There may also be posts where I discuss things that may feel heavy for some people.
I will make sure to add to this list as time goes on. Just be aware that this project is intended for a mature audience and I am not responsible for what you as an individual decide to view online.
